Flexible, Semi-Rigid Wrappable Split Braided Tubing

FLEXO F6 is an innovative new product that provides a cost-effective means of bundling new or existing wiring without having to disconnect the ends.

FLEXO F6 has a unique semi-rigid braided construction with a full-length lateral split. This allows the tube to be opened out to accommodate a wide range of bundling requirements. When released, it springs closed around the installation without requiring any secondary sealing techniques (velcro, tape etc.)

The 0.25mm (.010") PET braid is lightweight, quiet and flexible. The 25% edge overlap (at nominal diameter) allows complete coverage even around inline plugs, connectors and splices.

FLEXO F6 will bend to a tight radius without puckering or splitting open and, unlike full rigid tubing, will not impair the flexibility of harnesses or hoses when installed on machinery.

Flexo F6 are shipped in these convenient stackable boxes. The Flexo F6 product is neatly coiled for easy dispensing through the pre-cut center hole, and the carrying handles make it ideal for tradesmen to move around the job site.

The large overlap allows easy installation over splices and inline connectors without exposing wires and cables.	F6 is the perfect solution when harness disassemble is impossible or when frequent access to harnesses or wire bundles is necessary.	F6 orange is used for safety identification in both electric powered vehicles and military aircraft.	In the office, F6 is perfect for managing workstation cable bundles efficiently and economically.	Flexo F6 resists damage from common automotive and marine chemicals, salt water and UV radiation, and is cut and abrasion resistant.
