Flexo CLEAN CUT expandable braided sleeving is an innovative fray resistant covering for wire, cable and hose assemblies. Flexo CLEAN CUT offers easy field installation without the need for a hot knife. The unique design offers full coverage, excellent abrasion protection and a finished end that resists fraying.

Flexo CLEAN CUT is braided from durable, 0.2mm (0.008") polyester monofilament fibres. It can be cut to length with scissors and has a continuous operating temperature range of from -103° F. to 257° F.

By adjusting the physical characteristics of the polyethylene terepthalate filaments, the engineers at Techflex have produced a product with the same specifications as our PET sleeving with the unique advantage of being able to cut the material with ordinary scissors and still maintain an extraordinarily fray-resistant end without the addition of chemical binders or adhesives.

Flexo CLEAN CUT is ideal for field installers and other situations where access to a hot knife is impossible. Flexo CLEAN CUT's fray resistant properties allows frequent expansion of the cut end without unraveling. When cut with a hot knife, Flexo CLEAN CUT produces a clean, smooth and virtually frayless end.

Flexo CLEAN CUT is braided for maximum coverage while still allowing enough expansion for easy installation over plugs and connectors.

Flexo CLEAN CUT Expandable Braided Sleeving is available in Black or Gray.
