NYLON® is commonly used in the automotive industry to protect hoses and wires from excessive wear. Vibration and movement can tear automotive hoses to pieces but FLEXO NYLON can increase hose life up to 300%. Flexo Nylon is braided from 0.3mm (0.012") nylon 6-6 polyamide monofilament. It provides a professional, attractive and durable appearance that pays for itself in terms of reduced maintenance throughout the life of your product. Flexo Nylon has a continuous operating temperature range of from -49° F to 302° F. It is easy to install, tough and flexible. Available sizes are summarised in the table below.
