Duraflex Sleeving
Duraflex Sleeving
Extreme Abrasion Resistance
DURAFLEX is our answer to the problem of constant and extreme abrasion.  The flexible sleeve is made from tightly woven military grade nylon/cotton hybrid fabric and is kevlar impregnated to increase abrasion and flame resistance.  DURAFLEX provides up to 50 times greater abrasion and heat resistance than untreated nylon sleeves.  Its continuous operating temperature range is from -40° F to 500° F.

DURAFLEX has been tested for and received the U.S. Department of Labor's MSHA flame test approval.  It is extremely flexible and easy to install over single or multiple hoses.  In the event of a hose rupture, DURAFLEX helps prevent high pressure fluid becoming a danger to equipment operators and other personnel.

DURAFLEX is used on wires to keep them together, on hoses and cables to prevent abrasion damage or on chains to keep them from ruining expensive finished surfaces.

Standard sizes range from 43mm to 133mm nominal inside diameter.  Colours are black, blue, safety green, yellow, orange, safety orange, red and tan.  Please call for availability and prices.
